Supporters and interviews

Absolutely Cotswolds is run by David Murray-Hundley. Payments are processed by Stripe in David’s account; this site never collects card details. Stripe handles the billing and payment information you provide on its payment pages.

Interview requests collect business name, town, contact name, email, optional website and adult authorisation. Supporter enquiries and information you email after paying may include your business name, contact details, chosen town, banner, link and profile. David uses this information to respond, arrange and review your feature or supporter slot. Request and contact information is kept for 12 months, then deleted. Approved published business features remain public until withdrawn.

The Cotswolds brief

When you join the waiting list, we store your email address and a record of your consent in Lovable Cloud. We use these to send the first Cotswolds brief and future briefs you have agreed to receive. Email delivery has not started.

Joining is optional. You can withdraw consent or ask us to remove your email at any time by contacting hello@absolutelycotswolds.com. When briefs begin, emails will include a way to unsubscribe.

We do not publish waiting-list email addresses or sell them to advertisers. Your email remains on the list until you ask to leave or we close the list.

Other information

Information supplied through contact, event and nomination forms is used to respond to you or review your submission. Organiser contact details are not published with event listings.

The site records page views, referral sources, approximate country and device type, along with a visitor identifier, to understand readership. Votes and reactions use a browser identifier to limit repeat submissions.

Questions about your information, access, correction or deletion can be sent to the contact email above. You may also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
